Every EZ Delights meal should be one you actually look forward to. If something isn't right, we make it right — no friction, no questions.

Our meal guarantee

We guarantee the quality and flavor of every meal we send out. Our goal is for every EZ Delights customer to have a great experience — to feel nourished, fueled, and genuinely happy with what's on the plate.

If anything is off about your meal — anything at all — reach out and we'll be happy to sort it out and make it right.

Returns of perishable food

Because our meals are freshly cooked perishable food, we cannot accept physical returns — once a meal has left our kitchen, food-safety regulations prevent us from receiving it back. This is standard practice across the meal-prep industry and is required by Quebec MAPAQ food-safety standards.

There is no need to return anything — our meal guarantee above covers it.

How to flag an issue

Email us at info@ezdelights.com with a quick note about what wasn't right (a photo helps us improve, but it's not required). We typically respond within a few hours during business days and we'll work with you to find the right fix.

Subscription cancellation & pauses

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Cancel before the weekly cutoff (Friday at midnight) and you won't be charged for the upcoming Sunday delivery.

No cancellation fees, no minimum subscription period, no penalty for skipping weeks. You're in control.

One-time bundles & à-la-carte orders

One-time bundles and à-la-carte orders are final once paid — we begin sourcing ingredients immediately, so they cannot be cancelled or modified after checkout.

The same meal guarantee above still applies: if a meal isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Allergens & dietary needs

Our kitchen handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, soy, eggs). If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before subscribing so we can confirm we can serve you safely. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If a meal contains an ingredient you flagged as an allergy when you signed up, that falls under our meal guarantee and we'll make it right.

Missed or undelivered orders

Sunday deliveries land between 8pm and 11pm. If you won't be home, that's no problem — we'll leave the order at your door. From the moment it's dropped off, it becomes your responsibility to bring it inside and refrigerate it as soon as possible. The cold chain only holds for so long once meals are sitting at room temperature.

If a delivery genuinely can't reach you because of an issue on our end (wrong address on file caused by us, weather event we couldn't deliver through), we'll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer meal exchanges. Our weekly menu is chef-curated and ships as published — there's no swap or substitution process. If something on the menu doesn't work for you a given week, you can pause your subscription before the Friday midnight cutoff.
